Expansion Rate
The rate at which LEVEL is rewarded (APR).
At the beginning of every epoch, if the time weighted average price (TWAP) of LEVEL is greater than 1.01, new LEVEL will be minted in the Masonry. The amount of new LEVEL distributed depends on the current circulating supply of LEVEL.

There will be no bootstrap (it will not be needed). Expansion will be 5% until the circulating supply of LEVEL reaches 5k. Expansion will then drop to 3% until we reach 15,000 LEVEL in circulation and so on.

Adjustable Rates
The expansion rates may be adjusted to reduce or increase expansion based on performance, the actual current rate can be viewed on the treasury contract here: Treasury.sol
